Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of PaniWala’s website, mobile application, and RO water delivery services in Hyderabad, Sindh, Pakistan. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or use the service under supervision of a responsible adult. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must provide accurate delivery and contact information.
• PaniWala may suspend accounts involved in misuse or fraudulent activity.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed once placed through our platform.
• Payment is currently collected on delivery (Cash on Delivery).
• Digital payment methods may be introduced in the future.
• All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

5. No Refund Policy

PaniWala operates under a strict no refund policy. Once an order is delivered and accepted, it is considered final.

6. Bottle Deposit & Returns

• A security deposit is required for new bottles.
• Empty bottles must be returned at the time of new delivery.
• Deposits are refundable only if bottles are returned in usable condition.
• Lost or damaged bottles will result in loss of deposit.

7. Delivery Terms

• Services are limited to Hyderabad, Sindh city boundaries.
• Delivery times may vary based on operational conditions.
• Exact delivery times are not guaranteed.
• Minimum order quantities may vary depending on product and location.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once a rider has been assigned and delivery has started, cancellation may not be possible.

9. Prohibited Use

• Providing false or misleading information.
• Abusing riders or staff.
• Attempting to disrupt or misuse the platform.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of service.

10. Limitation of Liability

PaniWala is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

11. Policy Updates

PaniWala reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Sindh.
