Return & Refund Policy
1. No Refund Policy
PaniWala operates under a strict no refund policy. All sales are final once the order is delivered and accepted.
2. Bottle Return & Deposit
- Customers must return empty bottles at the time of new delivery.
- A security deposit is charged for new bottles.
- The deposit is refundable only if the bottle is returned in usable condition.
- Lost or damaged bottles will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Order Verification
Customers must check the order at delivery. Any visible issues must be reported before accepting the order. Once accepted, the order is considered complete and non-refundable.
